No citizens are above the law. In the case of Warren Buffett, his company owes over 1 Billion Dollars in back taxes. Some of the back taxes go back to 2002. He should be required to pay what he owes, not just because he publicly states that the rich, including him, should pay more, but because it is the law. The IRS should enforce the law and enforce it in an expedient manner.
