Initiative 594 makes the private sale and transfer of firearms illegal. It also regulates every single person must receive a background check, private or public. It makes the transfer of weaponry illegal between individuals unless the deal is done in a licensed store. It regulates our Second Amendment rights by infringing the freedom to conduct free market business, as well as being able to use firearms as a sport. The People are being treated like criminals. Criminals don't follow laws. Why are we being regulated when we are law abiding?
