make water and Sanitation an unrestricted Human Right and not a profit industry to Municipalities and private companies.

We the Citizens of the planet as co-owners of the Natural Resources available to all humans humbly request that Government reform take place in regards to the access of clean water and sanitation.
Private companies and Municipalities have been taking water from the planet and reselling this free resource back to Humans in the name of revenue enhancement this practice denies humans access to water and sanitation which leads to poor health conditions.
Water and sanitation should never be treated as a commodity as this adds to the suffering of all beings.
We understand there is cost to treating, cleaning and distribution in the current economic model, and request that a fair water tax should be added to the sales tax to remove the ability to deny access to this basic human right.
