Make the week of 6/26 a national holiday to celebrate the advancement all our civil rights as one nation, #JUSTICEweek

Created by N.H. on June 27, 2015

Three landmark decisions came from SCOTUS on the week of June 26th, 2015: Housing Discrimination, The Affordable Health Care act, and gay marriage. These are advances in LBGT rights, feminism, and racial equality that deserve to be celebrated and built upon, not separately, but as a unified community seeking a more perfect union. They should remind us how far we have come, and how very far we have to go. But as these decisions have come together, so shall we walk together, one cause, one people. We, the people struggling to recognize people as people, petition the executive branch of this, the United States of America, to recognize this week of the 26th of June as #JUSTICEweek
