In my personal opinion Welfare is too lenient in today's society. Living in a drug polluted environment and community, something tells me these dead beats with high school diplomas could make something out of their lives if they didn't spend their money on the non essentials (drugs). Not to be stereotypical, but come on. Perhaps if these people had cash flow from the government within only a certain time window they could possibly get their life straight. Maybe people should realize it's time to stop taking money out of our neighbors' pockets and put some in your own pockets.
