Make Welfare Qualification Stricter. Complete High School Deploma or GED required....

Created by C.Y. on March 16, 2013

For any individual or family to qualify for Welfare and / or Calfresh the applicants must have proof of or be in attendance to get thier High School Diploma or GED. If the recipient already has a VALID Diploma or GED then the recipient must be involved in the GAIN program or other employment or volunteer program and show proof of participation in order to continue receiving benefits. For each month that they do not provide this proof, the recipient have the funds reduced. If the recipient fails to follow this "Qualification" 3 times in 1 year, their funds will be revoked. ALL applicants and recipients MUST volunteer to randum drug testing (not to be scheduled) This system is being abused and is up to us tax payers to put a stop to it. We pay your benefits, We should say who receives it.
