Federal and State laws should clearly define what crimes are considered a Misdemeanor and what is considered a Felony. Wobble laws should be unconstitutional and the law should be defined. Violent crimes in which there is gross physical injury requiring medical attention or extreme property damage should be considered a Felony, and crimes in which there is little to no physical injury that does not require any medical attention, and if the crime does not have any propert damage then the said crime should be considered a Misdemeanor. Currently, these crimes are wobble laws, and the State District Attorney gets to charge you with a Felony or Misdemeanor. If you commit a small crime you can be charged the same as a rapist or murderer and be sent to prison.
