Make women feel safer on the streets

So many women are harassed every single day on the streets and there is nothing being done about it. No woman likes to be harassed, cat called at, or anything of the sort. We need to put an end to it and it needs to stop. And the problem is men. Men think it's perfectly okay to do this and that women like it but in fact, it has been proven that they do not like it at all. In a 2008 study, almost 1 in 4 women had experienced street harassment by the age of 12(7th grade) and nearly 90% by age 19. This statistic clearly shows a problem here and there has to be something that can be done about it. Thank you
