Extend coverage of the Federal Hate Crime Laws to include prosecuting employees for their participation in discrimination of protected classes in the workplace. A Federal Hate Crime inclusion adds the possibility of incarceration for all guilty participants. While employee(s) participating in the workplace discrimination may enjoy a promotion, monetary compensation, or the gratification from expressing hate. The protected class (victim) may or may not be awarded monetary compensation or job. The latter would leave the protected class looking for employment with equivalent pay and benefits to what was loss. This could make the initial crime a generational devastation for the protected class and their families. Fear of incarceration will impact the participation in this crime & reduce taxes.
