The Government of the United States of America hereby proffers our apology for possible acts of War Crimes by past / present U.S. Officials in their conduct of the so-called war on Terror, which violated the human-rights standards that the U.S. and the world community subscribes to. The U.S. further pledges to vigorously investigate, indict and prosecute any and all persons in high or low positions found guilty of not only illegal torture and detention of suspected terrorist individuals, but of any and all other violations against the U.S. and the World Community's Laws on human rights violations.
