Many of you May know for the Xbox 360, most content is Region-Locked and in the US we have no Problem downloading from the Xbox Live Service that most of us pay $60 a year for our subscription. Yet if you are an active-duty service member, and you get deployed over-seas to lets say "Germany", you and your dependents can no longer download a majority of items you could in the states, yet Microsoft will insist that they support our troops and even give us extra items with our 1-Year subscription. If they truly support our troops then they should allow our Over-Seas Mailing address and our Connection to the Xbox Live service, be allowed to download as if we were in the United States.
