Banks have gotten away with so much corruption the past several years from the mass foreclosures, robo-signing, etc. Now it has come to light they are engaging in the fraudulent practice of "zombie" titles. It turns out that thousands of homes that were supposed to have been foreclosed on were in fact not, meaning people all around (inc. Ohio native Joseph Keller) were legally responsible for houses all this time when they should not have been, resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars in back taxes, bills, repairs, lawsuits, and even threats of prison. This all because banks decided to sit on foreclosures without telling the prior owners so they could collect more money on losses without the cost of legal ownership. There currently are no laws against this which needs to change now.
