Let’s Make “Whacking Day” a Federal holiday!
The Simpsons has brought us so much over the years. In 1993, a sacred holiday was born; Whacking day. It is celebrated annually on May 10. The citizens of Springfield (Somewhere is USA) drive the snakes into the town square, then club them to death. It is a time honored tradition. We the people propose that Whacking day should be a federal holiday. The day can be spent swimming, barbequing, drinking Duff beer, parades and of course whacking snakes. Please sign the petition and share it with your friends and family. The petition much reaches 100,000 signatures within 30 days to require a response from the White House. Let’s honor our Simpson’s family roots and traditions and make “Whacking Day” a federal holiday. Thank you.
