The Humane Cosmetics Act would ban all makeup brands in the United States from selling any item tested on animals. It is a current bill in Congress that has not been approved yet. With our help we could save many animals in our great nation. Other countries have also done something similar to this act: European Union, Norway, Israel, India, Turkey, New Zealand, and South Korea have all banned the selling of any makeup item tested on animals. This will put a stop to animal testing for makeup gain in our country, it needs your support.
