This petition is for all of us to help bring awareness and to celebrate the accomplishments of microbiologist Maurice Ralph Hilleman. Dr. Hilleman developed vaccines for mumps, chickenpox, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, measles meningitis, pneumonia among many others, saving lives across the globe. These vaccinations have saved my life aswell as yours and your families but yet no one knows who he is, but now is the time we change that so Dr. Hilleman gets the honor and respect he deserves and that all students from K-12 be taught about Hilleman.
