making corporate and large private lobbying illegal

Corporate lobbying and large donations from very wealthy individuals to sway the votes or "support" certain politicians should be made illegal. Congress needs to make it illegal to give more than $1,000 per person to a political candidate, make it illegal for any collective groups to give money to political candidates, illegal to give on behalf of anybody, and instate term limits on every public position. By doing this, we will have successfully nullified any corporate lobbying and preventing our politicians from being "bought out" so that they may speak their minds freely and not have to conform to certain beliefs in order to keep their funds flowing in from these corporations. This practice is most deplorable and needs to be curtailed within the law.
