Making a mandate to limit congress terms to 2 terms and must retire and upon end of terms healthcare coverage ends.

As everyone is aware that our country is in a state of disrepair and must cut spending in all places. First let start cutting at the fat of the country which is congress itself. I recommend that we limit people in congress to 2 terms and then they must retire from congress. At the end of the terms they must buy into there own healthcare coverage and not be covered by taxpayers. This would free up so much funds and the pork rolling would be a think of the past.
