This petition is simple, make the sloth not classified as an exotic pet under U.S. standards. Instead, a normal, everyday pet, one you could buy at a local pet shop, from a breeder or a friend down the street. Imagine a sloth being used as a service pet for people battling depression or anxiety. For people who are under going physical therapy, and need someone to relate to on their journey to rehabilitation.
This could be a solution to the extinction of a species that doesn't deserve to be gone forever.
