The choice to be circumcised should be done by the one who is the one to be cut. Religious choices are second. Unless it's absolutely medically has to be done then the choice should be given at the earliest of age 16(when they are aware of what it is and what it means.) and no sooner. Religious freedoms should not harm others for the sake of their beliefs. Parents are in no position to choose a life long decision that is not of their own body. I plead for the laws to protect the children so they don't have to deal with what the men of today have been forced to deal with. I beg for you to take action to stop the mutilation of boys like we have done for women. We are not cattle. We are not slaves. We are supposed to be free to make our own choices. So please stand with me to have equality
