We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Man falsely accused of a sexual crime has evidence of innocence that was thrown out in court.

Created by H.G. on August 03, 2016

This is important to me because he deserves better than this. His life has been completely ruined by this and he deserves better. It is unjust to convict an innocent. Anthony J.Barnett, born 06-27-1991 was in fact in Missouri at the time of the supposed sexual act that occurred in Kansas. The jury threw it out saying it was tampered with. He has witnesses. He was 17 years old and they did not even convict him until 18. This is unjust and he deserves to have this off his record. I will file as many petitions as I have to so that I can make things right. He deserves to have a normal life. He has never broken any law and he is innocent.
