Manage the membership count of our petition to assure validity of individual signatures to initiate the Effectuate Party

We are a party that has a bylaw that restricts us from utilziing paper in any way for communications, or any reason, and the FEC and NCSBE does not have a digital format to submit and confirm individual member signatures. We believe you have the capacity to monitor each member as individual and credible, or can put forth legislation to ensure that the election boards can move to our present day's communications formats to provide such a service and sources.
