I am a Disabled Small Minority Woman Owned Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, who has accumulated debt, because the lack of opportunity, and funding... I haven't been able tp procure my services, because lack of collateral to compete for acquisitions procured by our government... The same government agency, the Small Business Aminstration, which insist they will help Americans, Woman, Girls and the unemployed of our nation to grow out of poverty! But the fact remains, without funding from our government agencies, who are in position to assist small business, which has to be be fundded, to hire and to procure their services... We will never receive the opportunities to assit with the American Job Act! Help small businesse, whose issues are great! Help us,then we can pay back loans...
