Illegal immigrants of any race shall not participate in elections without a legal Government issued ID. They shall not be eligible for goverment assitance in any way if illegal too include but not limited too FEMA, Welfare, Citizenship. they shall be deported if they do not have the appropriate papers too reside here in America. Their kids shall not be considered a legal natural born citizen if they were born in the United States and their parent(s) are illegal. If they wish too become a citizen and receive all these entitlements then they shall serve an 8 year military service obligation with the branch that needs to fill up space.
