Mandate the access to broadband internet for all citizens that are willing to pay the monthly fee.

The Internet is possibility the greatest innovation over the past several centuries. Users can get online to talk to friends, relatives and even strangers from all over the world with a click of a button. Almost everyone has the internet speeds required for this type of interaction. Almost everybody. In the Constitution, we as citizens have natural rights, such as the right to be informed. Some citizens who use the internet as means to be informed are frustrated with their speeds and the staggering bills that come quickly with it. The White House should regulate broadband internet to all citizens, nationwide. For they have a right to be informed and they cannot do that with disappointing internet speeds. Make this a goal for yet another innovation. A nationwide innovation for all citizens.
