Airlines operate across all 50 States and in and out of locations where it is mandated that restaurants publish the contents and the nutritional details of their food.
In the confined space of an aircraft a traveler is not in a position to make an informed food choice which is potentially harmful to his health. It should be mandated that Airlines and other Operators that serve food have to publish detailed nutrition data online and make them available at the place of consumption.
