All American taxpayers do hereby request that the revenues collected by the United States government from the labors of its working citizens, and redistributed to both citizens and non-citizens who, for whatever reason, cannot afford to purchase health insurance out of the fruits of their own labors, should, in thankful return, forfiet all such behaviors that are known to largely contribute to health epidemics affecting Americans, such as diabetes and coronary artery disease. Disease markers such as weight, cholesterol, nicotine, etc., should be monitored by a physician on a regular basis. If no substantial improvement in such disease markers is seen after 6 months, the failing individual should be dropped from receiving free government healthcare until improvement is achieved and mainta
