We move that all current members of the House of Representatives must be publicly shamed for all of their failures. The best way to accomplish this would be to have them wear children's birthday party hats wherever they go between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday each week (except during vacation). All elected members of the House of Representatives as of October 16, 2013 should be subject to his shaming from the day the bill is passed until the end of their time in office.
