Mandate that all employers with 100 or more employees issue paychecks weekly. Money in peoples pockets=better economy.

It's almost 2013, financial software, computers, direct deposit, and pre-paid debit cards make this a viable solution which will also help stimulate the economy. Money in peoples pockets and not corporations will alloy those employees the abilities and flexibility to pay their bills, purchase goods and services, and reduce the need for government aid. This will also lower default rates, people losing their homes and cars, negative impact on their credit report, and reduce the financial pressure that many families face today. Payroll and HR departments are shrinking thanks to technology, instead of corporations saving money by shrinking those departments, I feel that it is time to help the common man and give him/her access to their hard earned money quicker.
