Mandated alternative energy use on all federal buildings, done with a cost/benefit analysis and a requirement that all participating companies must be US based with US citizens as employees will lower cost of Gov't, create jobs, and drive alternative energy prices down, and make alternative energy affordable to more US people. It will also help create a competitor to the fossil fuel industry and improve US people's security.
