Mandate that all elected officials at the federal level and political appointees must utilize the Affordable Care Act for their health insurance with no choice to enhance coverage with additional policies beginning in 2014. This mandate would be enforced from the time they are sworn into office until natural death. Should the official choose to purchase health coverage outside of the Affordable Care Act the cost of that coverage would be completely out of pocket with no reimbursement.
