Mandate that all Internet transaction pay Sales Tax in order to help states improve revenue sources.

Created by F.O. on January 27, 2013

Require all Internet retailers to collect Sales Taxes from Internet sales. This should also not exempt Non-Profit organizations from avoiding Sales Taxes on Internet purchases.

If Non-Profit organizations want Sales Tax Exemptions, they must purchase items Locally, therefore helping local economies.

Companies should also pay sales taxes on acquired assets that are not labeled for resale. If assets are labeled for resale, items must be sold within the calendar year or Sales Taxes are Due.

Sales Tax changes are needed to avoid Tax evaders from purchasing luxury goods over state lines and avoid Sales Taxes. Corporations and small businesses should also pay sales taxes on purchases since most purchases are a form avoiding income taxes.
