Mandate on all levels of court to require that people charged with sexual offender charges have limited rights pre-trial

There are stricter rules that need to be put in place for people that have been charged with a sex offender charge when they are post bail and awaiting trial. In some cases of sexual offense when the victim is in their own home or easily accessable, the alleged predator is allowed to return home and continue their crimes until their trial date. We need to have conditions in place after bond is set requiring them either on house arrest for cases the victim or victims are not living with them or be sent somewhere else if the victims are. Monitoring of computer and phone access to continue to keep people safe for sure until there is a verdict!
