We petition the Obama Administration to make an Executive Order mandating that all members of Congress and the House of Representatives will earn no more than 25% than the current Federal Minimum Wage, as well as modifying Legislative Branch Members' other benefits, such as barring lifetime health and pension benefits regardless of terms served, putting reasonable percentage limits on other benefits, and other similar reforms. This will ensure that the our government will be represented by the people for the people, will motivate legislators to efficiently get work done while in session, and will contribute to our Federal Debt Reduction and reduce government shut-downs. Tax-payers desire to see real change in America done without personal agendas being motivated by greed at our expense.
