It is the right of the people to be safe in their homes. Even from the weather. In 2011 and 2012 The USA was hit by some of the deadlest Tornados and many people were not able to get to saftey do they did not have electristy and there for did not know that the storms were heading to their town. Indiana has a law that requires that all moble homes and trailers have to have a weather radio installed into them. I believe this should be a federal law. the Weather is not a state problem its a Global problem but because this effect more then 1 state. The federal goverment needs to step in and make a law. That mandate that all Moble homes and Trailers have weather radios installed into them. For the safty of the people of the USA. This law is that is need for our nation.
