Mandate all Police Dash Cam videos are automatically backed up in the CLOUDS (remote secure server) to avoid deletion

Over the last few years, Police corruption has been exposed, the advent of citizen owned cameras and cell phones has exposed the rare violent and corrupt Law enforcement officers. I propose that all Police cars equipped with dash Cam videos have those videos streamed and sent remotely to servers(THE CLOUD) that can not be accessed by the Police department without a court order. The local copies of the dash cam videos will be available as always for training and investigation. The remote Cloud stored videos will be available to officers of the court, local, state and Federal agencies and interested civilian parties to ensure charges of police corruption, beatings, and other problems can be investigated INDEPENDENTLY. This will ensure that videos are no longer "accidentally" deleted or lost
