To ensure that citizens aren't posing as law enforcement officials, please mandate that all law enforcement persons grow a mustache. This way we can differentiate the average citizen from the law enforcement. Anyone can make a police uniform out of fabrics. Not everyone can grow a mustache. If you can't grow a mustache. If any currently employed law enforcement are unable to grow a mustache, they should consider other lines of work, as genetics may be trying to tell them, "this isn't the job for you".
