Mandate all public Schools be required to have at a minimum 2 armed security officers that are highly trained

All Public Schools shoud have a minimum of 2 armed Security personnel on site during school hours. Personnel should have military or law enforcement background. Ultimately program should fall under Homeland security and continue joint training with local law enforcement and military personnel. Personnel should have access to neccessary resources to defend the school and children they are responsible for.
