Mandate that all schools have a police officer on premise at all times the school is open.

This is a simple, a easy way to protect our children while at school. Many schools already have "security officers" and as a member of the community and local police they will insure that all children of any age will have a reasonable degree of protection while at school.
The truth is we are re active and the only way to prevent further incidents is to insure the security of our schools. Furthermore had there been a "security officer" present in CT this incident would not have happened, No other petition or action can or will prevent another incident as surely this.
