mandate all states give the option to active duty military members to have state taxes exempt from military pay.

Created by T.M. on August 23, 2015

Many active duty military members will not live in their home states for over four years. Military members in those four years are often relocated several times before separating from the military. This makes it difficult for the member to change their residency to the current state their stationed in. To make it easier all the states should offer tax exempt pay for the members representing their states in the United States Military. This would boost the military members sense of pride in their state and help ease some of the financial burdens they run into from time to time.
