Mandate that all states have clear, concise laws of practice for all mental medical proffessionals.

Judges are appointing court "experts" sometimes known as Proffessional Clinical Counselors for custody evaluations to determine primary child custody of our children. Judges say it is not their responsibility to ensure that the expert is qualified. The state does not give the public true background checks of the expert. Terrible lifelong consequences for the children and families are overlooked Once the expert is arrested for practicing without a license (with a degree purchased from an un-accredited online university), the court says state laws on practicing psychology are not clear. This fraud severly affects all of society. Mandate clear laws prosecuting mental health fraud and make judges accountable for the qualifications of court appointed mental health experts.
