All states across the nation should recognize same sex marriage. These couples should have the same benefits at both federal and state levels. Since part of DOMA was struck down a number of states are now recognizing same sex marriage but there are still many that do not causing discrimination and violating human rights! This should not be a state by state decision it should be recognized across the nation giving every American the same rights!
