With current crime rates and the abundance of laws restricting law enforcement officers from doing their jobs effectively it has become clear that our nations law enforcement officers are unable to do what is necessary to ensure the safety of this nations citizens.
This is why I propose that we require all those making over $10 billion annually take up the mantle of vigilante crime fighter as they make more than enough to be able to adopt a secret identity and fight crime for the betterment of society. After all isn't it about time they do their fair share?
