Pass legislation that forces gas stations to post fuel prices that reflect the highest price per gallon for each grade displayed regardless of the payment method. Gas stations rely on subterfuge from prices posted on highway signs and other methods that result in motorists exiting highways or patronizing a gas station only to see that the posted price was artificially low and there is 'small print' on the sign that purposely cannot be read and comprehended in a timely fashion. Posting only the highest price charged will benefit drivers and force suppliers to rethink their slanted attempts to bait and switch consumers. The lowest price station will get the consumer business. There is NO reason not to support this nationwide.
