University and College Tuition Rates
As a recent graduate of a state funded institution in Texas it was shocking to me how Out-of-State Students paid a higher tuition fee than that of a foreign exchange student. It is appalling how we offer to educate young and old minds differently by not providing the same level of access to all United States Residents. In addition, USA students are often denied enrollment into a course due to a capacity level being met, when a number of those students are not residents of the USA and are instead foreign exchange or illegal aliens.
