Mandate all Veterans get in-state tuition at public or private colleges and universities, regardless of actual residency

The purpose of this petition is to push the Federal Government to mandate that ALL public and private colleges and universities give in-state tuition to Veterans, regardless of their actual residency status waiving any time required by their individual state. Any Veteran who is discharged under Honorable, Other than Honorable or General discharges during their career should qualify for this benefit unless the Veteran earned a Bad Conduct or Dishonorable discharge at any time in their service for any other reason. This can work in conjunction with all aspects of the G.I. Bill to include Veterans and their Dependents, but not limiting itself to Veterans who use the G.I. Bill. This is not to be a Federal subsidy, but a mandate for the schools to accept as a patriotic duty to our Veterans.
