Mandate all Welfare, SNAP, TNAF any Financial Support Recipents Must Successfully Pass Drug Screenings

Require each State and County that provide financial support in the form of Welfare, Section 8 housing, SNAP(food stamps) TNAF, and any other financial aide MANDATE ALL RECIPENTS pass a drug screening test. The screen should encompass all types of illegal drugs, misuse of pharmacuetical, or overindulgence in alcoholic products. This should be a Federal Law that the individual counties and/or States implement as part of the initial approval and routine random screenings quarterly. If recipent fails, suspend the benefits until such time the recipent can successfully passes the screening for a minimum of three month period. All recipents over the age of 18 in the family that receives the benefits must be tested in order for the family to qualify to receive these services
