Mandate any college or university receiving federal funding to require their staff to have a college degree.

This petition would mandate colleges, universities, and trade (technical) schools that receive Title IV funding to require their staff that come in direct or indirect contact with students have a college degree. This would include but not limited to admission representatives, financial aid, academics, and student services. It is hypocritical to be an institution of higher learning yet the staff has not utilized the product (education) that they are promoting.
