In order to prevent more tragedies like Sandy Hook, Aurora's mass shooting, Columbine and an unfortunate plethora of others, everyone who possesses a gun or wishes to possess a gun in the United States should be required to pass a battery of psychological exams before being given a weapon of any kind.
