Mandate that anyone who receives assistance from the government must pass a drug test.

This is not a petition backed by racism, bigotry, malice, cruelty, vengeance, or hate.

We as Americans believe in life, liberty, freedom, opportunity, honesty, fairness, equality, and goodwill.

The use of taxpayer dollars to financially support individuals should be conditional on the grounds of passing a mandatory drug test.

Utilizing taxpayer dollars to continue to support individuals on an unconditional basis is an unacceptable use of our hard-earned dollars.

Help those who need help, and stop helping those that refuse to help themselves.
