As an MS Advocate, I've experienced Wrongful Termination by (3) three classes of Discrimination- Race, Disability & Retaliation to include violations of ADA & FMLA. Received unemployment benefits from August 1, 2010 until May 19, 2011. Since I declined settlement offer, ex-employer appealed the unemployment benefits. Dept of Employment Security declined benefits which is violation Civil Rights- Due Process & Unemployment Act. I've received no unemployment benefits since May 19, 2011, I've obtained Masters Degree, single parent of 6yr old & 2yr old; credit is now ruined. I've experienced eviction in October 2011. I'm unable to afford an attorney- I continue to appeal & fight for my rights as a US Citizen for the principle of the matter is injustice. If only I could afford an attorney-
